Susanne Wiegel is the former Head of the Alternative Protein Program at Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and a strategic investor into alternative food proteins through NuFrontiers, its strategic innovation and investment department. Susanne is dedicated to supporting the alternative protein industry in two ways: firstly, building a business as cell feed supplier for the cultivated and fermentation-based protein industry, and secondly, establishing an investment portfolio of leading start- and scale-ups in the space.
